Key - WAH - scum

It's sort of funny to be following the progress of the weather forecast on the WORS board -- it seems that the course for this weekend isn't too much to write home about, mostly grassy hills and just a little bit of singletrack. You can see from the comments by Mountaingoat in the last entry that without rain, it's not that exciting for WORS regulars ...

... but for me, it sounds PERFECT ... mmmmm ... grassy hills ... reminds me of 'cross ...

Total cross course. Perfect if that's what you're looking for. Good luck up there.

I'll try anything once, and at this point in my mountain bike "career," open and grassy is a lot faster than tight and twisty! That's what makes it so fun -- so much to learn!

Chris,
Found some incredible single track in Peoria - 90 minutes of riding and still didn't hit all the trails in the inner part of the park. tons of whoopdees and drop-ins. Join me in two weeks at Farmdale for an MTB race. I think it was mentioned in Dirt Rag last month.

Later,
